SMART CHOICE COMMUNICATIONS EXPANDS THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM ADDING BOB MAGEE

New York City, NY - March 8, 2019 - Smart Choice Communications (SCC) would like to introduce Bob Magee, who is starting at SCC as a Senior Project Manager. He has received his PMP from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, designed for individuals interested in learning more about the project management process, these courses taught Bob how to create a plan and how to work it. Bob will work in the NYC office where he will be focused on large, high-profile clients. His job responsibilities will include being accountable for accomplishing the stated project objectives within the stipulated time period and budget. We have a great team of employees and Bob is the next bright shining personality who strives to find solutions to difficult requests.
Bob has over 20 years being in the telecommunications and technology industry, able to utilize skills from his past project manager experiences and as manager of technology support operations. Prior to that, Bob has held executive level positions in the financial sector as well being an independent project manager involved in projects for major financial institutions.

- Relocation of 30,000 square foot development data center for a major US bank
- Designed and managed physical security design for a Major League sports association

As Smart Choice Communication’s Senior Project Manager, his primary focus will be the successful management and completion of all client-based projects. He is enthusiastic and excited about sharing his approach that will involve him very early in the project development cycle, an approach he believes will revolutionize our sales. Bob will lead client support and development including completion of job status tracking reports, client meetings and business development. He is keen on examining existing processes and procedures for potential inefficiencies to achieve a transparent and successful experience for the client. Some of his high-level responsibilities include:
- Development of project plans to track status, accountability and budget
- Provide on-site consulting support for projects
- Act as a liaison with clients’ internal project teams and affiliates
- Status of assigned projects to senior leadership for review
- Post-project performance evaluations of team members for continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform internal training, knowledge transfer and production turnover
