RingCentral Rings Up Three Big Announcements

In as many days, RingCentral made three announcements, aimed right at the enterprise community that gathered this week at Enterprise Connect. Recorded live from the expo floor, Jose Pastor walks us through RingCentral’s news. For enterprise IU teams, we learn about in-depth quality of service analytics that enables the IT team to enhance user experience. Pastor discusses the newest generation of RingCentral Office, with reportedly a reimagined user experience for collaborative-centric communications. Pastor also talks about RingCentral’s new European offering, entering thirteen countries , Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. France and Italy are two of four of Europe’s largest economies. Pastor reflects on the cloud’s surge in the enterprise market, and RingCentral’s role as a leading player in the market’s changing geography.
