Podcast: Yealink delivers easy to use, robust end points for Skype for Business

In 2014 Yealink entered into a 3 Party Interoperability Program agreement with Microsoft in 2014, enabling the development of a broad portfolio of products. According to Yealink’s Yanjin Lv, “Yealink full series IP Phones, the T48G, T46G, T42G and T41P, all passed the Microsoft’s on-premises certification last year and completed its cloud PBX certification last week.” In this podcast we learn about Yealink phones that work with Skype for Business.
"We do extensive research to understand our Skype for Business Enterprise voice-enabled users and one of their key requirements is that the end point allows customers to perform workflow actions in the same manner to which they are accustomed in the application. That’s precisely why Yealink’s easy-to-use phones improve productivity and adoption rates," says Yanjin Lv
We discuss features, instrument options and how the instruments have been deigned to help companies improve productivity and provide satisfying user experiences.
