Podcast: Snom enters new decade with fresh ideas, attractive options for the desktop

“We pretty much work with anybody,” says Mike Harvey of Snom, long known for its compatibility with most installed networks. In this podcast we learn how the Snom brand benefits from the manufacturing capacity and experiences of VTech, while the brand’s reputation for robust DECT offerings, and attractive end points, has been enhanced. Harvey discusses how Snom and its partnership with SkySwitch, represent a solid opportunity for MSPs. Harvey also discusses some unique applications of DECT technology that help speed up the installation process, while offering users much more flexibility on devices that otherwise have the feel and functionality of an advanced desktop end point. Recorded at the SkySwitch Vectors 2019 conference, Harvey saw the event as part of an opportunity to relaunch the Snom brand, this time in the fast-growing MSP community. Harvey outlines the company’s long term, three-year support on sales, pre-provisioned products and high-quality design, that allows MSPs to create a high value brand identity.
