Podcast: nexVortex showcases QAV solutions at ITEXPO, offer path to lower churn rate for partners

"We are showcasing our managed hosted platform,” says Wes Rogers, COO of nexVortex. Recorded at ITEXPO, this podcast features a discussion of nexVortex’s offering to the communications market. “This is a premium platform that’s all about quality, availability, and visibility, QAV,” says Rogers. According to Rogers, QAV is critical is providing customer confidence and in assuring partners that they won’t be spending time on trouble tickets. Rogers discusses the nexVortex and Bigleaf Networks announcement and the need to make SD-WAN work well. Rogers also walks us through their nexVortex Adds Integrated Firewall to Managed Hosted Voice Solution announcement, a premise device that solves the ground to cloud problem with an eye on delivering QAV. Rogers stresses that for MSPs, a bad ground to cloud connection will lead to problems and ultimately customer dissatisfaction, and even defection. “Our churn rate is actually very very low, we have a lot of happy customers, a lot of happy partners because we have a service that works as advertised”.
