Enreach continues its growth path with numerous opportunities for customers and partners, Podcast

“We’re on our journey to build up this exciting company,” says Ralf Ebbinghaus, CCO of Enreach and CEO of Enreach Germany, explaining the opportunities Enreach offers for customers and partners. The group was formed in 2018 from the combination of German IP PBX pioneer Swyx (just rebranded to Enreach Germany) with Voiceworks from the Netherlands and French Centile (rebranded to Enreach for Service Providers). Today, Enreach is active in over 25 countries and has 1,100 employees working across 24 European offices. With a portfolio ranging from UC, UCaaS and cloud contact center solutions to AI-based chat and voicebots, connectivity services and also a full suite of productivity solutions, Enreach offers businesses everything they need to transform every contact with customers into an experience that truly adds value. “We put a lot of effort into making our solutions work together with other IT applications” comments Ebbinghaus on the integration options Enreach offers, e.g. the integration in the much-used Microsoft Teams platform enabling users to benefit from the best of two worlds. This is one of the reasons why Enreach’s customers were well-prepared to overcome the challenges the pandemic brought about like the sudden shift to remote work last year. Also in future, the various integration and customization options combined with the high flexibility Enreach products offer will continue to enable businesses to adapt to ever-changing requirements and focus on success in their daily business.
