Black Friday and Cyber Monday fast approaching, Sinch thinks Black Friday 2025 will be very different, Podcast

The telephone has come a long way since its creation 175 years ago.

On its 175th anniversary, we look ahead to where #telecommunications is headed, especially with the advancement of services such as RCS (Rich Communications Services) and the invention of chatbots. With Black Friday and Cyber Monday fast approaching, Sinch reports that over a quarter of Americans will use RCS to complete their shopping.

In fact, Sinch data found that;

  • 75% say great customer service would make them more loyal to a company
  • 41% are more likely to shop with a brand that shares personalized texts with them.

50% of respondents predict #AI and #chatbots will dominate customer experiences within the next decade.
