Zoom recognized as Customers’ Choice recipient in the Gartner® Peer Insights™ ‘Voice of the Customer’ report for ‘Visual Collaboration Applications’

Zoom has announced that it was selected as a Customers’ Choice recipient in the 2024 Gartner® Peer Insights™ “Voice of the Customer” report for “Visual Collaboration Applications.” 

According to Gartner, vendors recognized by customers as Customers’ Choice meet or exceed the market average for Overall Experience and User Interest and Adoption. Zoom believes this recognition highlights the company’s commitment to delivering an AI-first work platform, including Zoom Whiteboard with AI Companion, that powers collaboration and productivity and enables people to do their most creative work and build meaningful connections. 

Zoom Whiteboard is part of Zoom Workplace and is an interactive canvas that allows teams to collaborate and brainstorm through the use of templates, drag-and-drop shapes and objects, text, diagramming tools, and integrations with third-party services. Zoom Whiteboard users can also jumpstart their brainstorming sessions with AI Companion capabilities, such as creating flow charts, mind maps, and content based on prompts. Zoom Whiteboard works across Zoom Meetings, Zoom Team Chat, Zoom Rooms for Touch, Zoom desktop and mobile apps, and web browsers. Whiteboards can be shared with internal and external participants.
