Zoom Launches Workvivo Resale for Channel Partners

Zoom resellers can now bring work culture to life for customers around the globe

TodayZoom launched Workvivo by Zoom for its reseller partners. Workvivo, the employee experience platform designed to simplify communication and drive engagement, will now be available for all of Zoom’s channel partners to sell to their customers.

Zoom acquired Workvivo in April 2023 to extend Zoom’s collaboration platform and offer its customers new ways to keep employees informed, engaged, and connected.

Last year, Zoom launched a referral program for Zoom’s partners to refer their customers to Workvivo. Just last month, Meta named Workvivo its only preferred migration partner as it retires Workplace from Meta, its employee engagement platform.

Mark Jenkins, head of global channels and alliances at Zoom, said: “By unlocking new routes to market, partners are able to grow their business and expand their portfolio alongside Zoom. Our partners play a pivotal role in delivering Zoom’s best-in-class solutions to our customers around the globe. We are excited that Zoom resale partners now have the ability to sell Workvivo, enabling more customers to enhance their employee experience.”

John Goulding, founder of Workvivo and head of digital employee experience at Zoom, said: “Since the acquisition, we’ve seen how complementary Workvivo is with Zoom Workplace.  Customers now have the opportunity to add amazing employee experience functionality to their existing Zoom services. Workvivo can also be purchased as a comprehensive standalone employee experience platform by organizations. We’re so excited to make Workvivo available to the Zoom partner ecosystem.‘’

Regan Collins, founder and CEO at Cocentric, said: “Our extensive experience in the Digital Employee Experience space has exposed us to various solutions, but Workvivo’s engagement levels stand out remarkably. We are impressed by the potential of this platform to help our clients reach, connect, and engage employees, regardless of their location—whether in the office, a restaurant kitchen, or on the factory floor. As the first global partner of Workvivo, we are thrilled to witness its entry into the Zoom channel, which will undoubtedly enhance its presence and Go to Market opportunities.”

Last year Workvivo launched in the Zoom Workplace desktop app, creating a seamless experience for users to navigate from Workvivo to Team Chat, Meetings, Whiteboard, and more, all in a single app. A recently launched integration between Zoom Rooms and Workvivo TV, Workvivo’s digital signage solution, allows organizations to instantly push their Workvivo digest to the screens of Zoom Rooms within the organization.
