Yealink’s CP860 features the first interop-certified conference phone for the Elastix platform
Xiamen, China - November 17, 2015 - Yealink, the global leading unified communication (UC) terminal solution provider, and Elastix, the largest open source software solution for unified communications in Latin America, announced today the compatibility between Yealink’s CP860 Diamond IP Conference Phone and the W52P DECT phone with the Elastix PBX system. Yealink joined the Elastix Hardware Certification Program (EHCP) in 2009. The partnership guarantees full interoperability between Yealink IP phones and Elastix systems. With the new CP860 and W52P, Yealink provides Elastix resellers and end users with more comprehensive endpoint solutions that meet their communication needs in various usage scenarios and that bolster productivity. Yealink’s supported CP860 conference phone is intended for small- to medium-sized meeting rooms. The award-winning unit provides “diamond clear” voice performance and multiple industry-unique features, such as call linkage with PC or mobile softphones, USB recording and conferencing for up to five parties.
