Workvivo Named a Leader In the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Intranet Packaged Solutions

Workvivo by Zoom, the employee experience platform that simplifies communication and increases engagement, has been named a Leader in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Intranet Packaged Solutions. The report evaluated 15 vendors in the intranet packaged solutions market and named Workvivo a Leader in this category for the second time in a row.

Gartner defines an intranet packaged solution as a software product that organizations use to create and deploy an internal website or network of websites, portals, hubs, mobile apps and other digital experiences supporting business-to-employee needs.

In April, Workvivo was named the only preferred partner by Meta as it retired its Workplace from Meta solution. Since then, Workvivo has migrated many customers over from Workplace to Workvivo.

In 2023, Zoom acquired Workvivo to extend its platform and offer its customers new ways to keep employees informed, engaged, and connected. Since then, Workvivo has been made available in the Zoom desktop client, allowing Workvivo customers to use the platform along with Zoom meetings, Team Chat and other Zoom products all within the one platform.
