VozTelecom
, the operator of the companies and leader in communications in the cloud in Spain, has communicated to the market the financial results corresponding to the first quarter of 2019, with a
net income figure of 2,656 thousand euros and tripling the EBITDA compared to the first quarter of the year. 2018
, reaching a figure of 371 thousand euros. With a two-point increase in the gross margin with respect to the same period of the previous year, the company continues on the path of improving its results quarter by quarter.
In this sense,
revenues derived from UCaaS services
(cloud-based switchboard)
already account for 66% of the total
, with the
Centrex
service contributing 15% growth over the first quarter of 2018. In addition, the company has announced that with The closing of the first quarter and the recurrent nature of its revenues, which represent 93% of the total, have a significant visibility on the compliance of the Budget for the year 2019.
The company has also announced a new agreement for the
marketing of the Centrex service to the clients of the management software of real estate agencies
Inmovilla
, a leading application in Spain with thousands of customers. This
integration,
developed together with Inmovilla, will allow its users to have all the telephone information of the switchboard in the cloud, such as the call register and its recordings, within
the application's
client file
.
First corporate operation with ComyMedia
With the principle of
purchase agreement reached with ComyMedia Proyectos y Servicios SL

VozTelecom
incorporates dedicated commercial capacity in the provinces of Guipúzcoa and Álava, geographic areas with more than 12,000 target companies, and intensifies its presence in the Basque Country, where it already has a Point of Service in the city of Bilbao, and will reach an implantation in 13 Spanish provinces.
This transaction will allow VozTelecom to
increase its value proposition to the market and position itself in the large company segment
with
ComyMedia's
capabilities in managed communications services, computer security, monitoring, maintenance of corporate networks, as well as critical infrastructure virtualization solutions , aimed at the medium and large company segment, as well as the public administration.
