VozTelecom closes the announced purchase of ComyMedia expanding its presence in the Basque Country

• VozTelecom has closed the purchase agreement announced last May of ComyMedia, boosting its growth in the Basque Country and allows it to reach an implantation in 13 Spanish provinces. • This corporate operation will allow expanding its commercial capillarity in the Basque Country, as well as expanding the Group's offer of solutions to the business segment. VozTelecom,  the company operator and leader in cloud communications in Spain, has announced to the market the definitive closing of the  100% purchase operation of ComyMedia Proyectos y Servicios SL  , a company based in San Sebastián (Guipúzcoa) whose Activity is based on the provision of managed communications services and IT solutions to the business market, with more than 20 years of experience in the sector. After the purchase, the  ComyMedia  management team  , formed by its two founders and majority partners to date, will join the VozTelecom Group to continue the business  . Iñigo Loiarte, current Managing Director of ComyMedia, will become part of the Group's Management Committee as head of the Solutions and Infrastructure business unit, a new line of activity that responds to the growing demand of the adapted cloud services business market to the needs of medium and large companies. As a result of the integration of  ComyMedia  to the Group,  VozTelecom  will expand its value proposition for the business market   to achieve positioning in the medium and large business segment (market that ComyMedia is targeting) with new infrastructure and IT solutions implementation capabilities provided by ComyMedia, thus  adapting the offer to the specific needs of this  market segment that requires greater integration and personalization of communications services, under the management of a  single specialized partner.
