VozTelecom, announces the purchase by its parent Gamma Communications of the provider of 'Cloud PBX' gnTEL, based in the Netherlands

July 20, 2020 - VozTelecom announces that its parent company  Gamma Communications plc (“Gamma”), a leading technology company and provider of communications services for companies in the UK, Holland, Germany and Spain markets, has announced the acquisition of the 'Cloud service provider PBX 'gnTEL BV , based in the Netherlands and with recent operations in Germany.The acquisition was carried out through the DX Groep subsidiary in the Netherlands, which groups the companies 'DeanOne', 'Schipol Connect' and 'Nimsys' and with this Gamma triples the customer base of 'Cloud PBX' in the region , in addition to significantly expand your partner network. gnTel also provides Gamma with a geographical presence in the north of Germany (Dusseldorf area), which complements the recent acquisition of HFO, thereby speeding up Gamma's growth plans in the German 'Cloud PBX' market. Headquartered in Amsterdam and with offices in Delft (The Netherlands) and Mönchengladbach (Germany), gnTel develops its commercial strategy through an indirect channel, with more than 300 partners that market their services in either a resale or private label model.
