March 8, 2021 - VozTelecom announces that its parent company  Gamma Communications plc (“Gamma”), a leader in cloud communications for companies with a presence in the markets of the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain,  has completed the acquisition of Mission Labs , a new milestone in the company's long-term growth strategy, following its leadership in the UK cloud communications market through an extensive distribution channel and recent European expansion. Mission Labs is a company that  develops UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) technologies, highly regarded in the British market for creating  advanced technological solutions for communications and user experience platforms , as well as providing excellent service to its customers and business partners. channel. The acquisition of Mission Labs will allow Gamma to improve and expand its CCaaS solutions in the cloud (Contact Center as a Service). This acquisition  is in addition to Gamma's  purchase of Telsis in November 2019, which has resulted in the launch of the Horizon Contact Center in the UK, a  Contact Center fully integrated with Gamma's cloud communications solution and targeted to the SME market . With this new acquisition, Gamma will be able to provide Contact Center solutions for the entire business market in the UK and Europe, from small to large companies. In addition, Mission Labs has developed a  UCaaS platform called CircleLoop that allows offering a complete cloud telephony service through web, desktop and mobile applications specifically developed for the micro-business market. This solution will allow Gamma to grow in the soho market (Small Office Home Office) through digital channels; A key market in its growth strategy in all the countries in which the company has a presence. According to the consulting firm Cavell Group, it is estimated that, by the end of 2025, there will be 2.7 million cloud telephony users in the microenterprise segment (double the current volume) and 3.5 million users in Spain, Netherlands and Germany together.
