Vocalcom Focuses on Latest Cloud Contact Center Software Trends at GITEX

To be held from October 18 to 22, 2015 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the exhibition is the largest information and communications technology (ICT) event in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia. During the five-day event, the company will also share various effective and proven mechanisms to launch a cloud contact centre in less than 15 minutes with regional and international visitors. Additionally, Vocalcom will discuss the best industry practices to increase online and mobile customer engagement and enhance the social media customer experience.
