Texas Department of Information Resources Awards New Contract to DoubleHorn

AUSTIN, TX – November 20, 2017 — The Texas Department of Information Resources  (DIR) has awarded a new contract with DoubleHorn an Austin-based cloud solutions provider and services broker. This is the second consecutive DIR contract to be awarded to DoubleHorn and covers two years with two, one-year renewal options.
