Tellink Selects Enreach for Service Providers

To deliver Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) to the Belgian market

Sophia Antipolis, France - September 10, 2024 - Enreach for Service Providers, a European leader offering converged CCaaS and UCaaS solutions, has today announced a partnership with Tellink, a Belgian Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE*) to provide Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) with fixed mobile convergence (FMC) based Centrex services. As a result, MVNOs can offer their customers a variety of converged services including virtual PBX, collaboration, MS TEAMS, Casual Contact Center services and integrated access to CRMs, seamlessly accessible across desktop and mobile devices and networks.

The MVNOs can benefit from Tellink’s FMC interconnect service using their own Centrex platform, or they can opt for a hosted mobile Centrex service provided by Tellink, white labelled with their own logo.

Tellink’s solution is ideally positioned for MVNOs who wish to offer enriched UCaaS services offering better mobility to their customer base.
