October 2, 2018 - The British listed telecom and internet provider Gamma Communications plc [GAMA] acquires DX Groep BV, the Dutch holding company under which the Dutch provider dean one falls. Gamma Communication has a strong position in the British market in SIP, Cloud PBX and mobile telephony. This acquisition proves its ambition to use the expertise that has been acquired in the UK to bring Europe. The provider dean one has experienced enormous growth in recent years and is now entering a new phase as part of an international telecom and internet company.

At the same time Willem van Ingen has been appointed CEO and Bas van den Heuvel as CCO of dean one. The acquisition of dean one by Gamma Communications plc also marks the establishment of the European branch of Gamma Communications, with which the European rollout will be realized.
