Suvima chooses Sarenet to improve its network infrastructure and Telephone services

Zamudio - April 14, 2021 - SUVIMA, a distributor of spare parts for automobile and industrial vehicle for professionals, which markets the brands market leaders in original spare parts, has opted for the solutions of Sarenet communication to achieve higher quality connectivity, speed and security for the 21 headquarters of the company. It also optimizes the exchange of information between them and the availability is guaranteed permanent connection thanks to backup or back-up solutions. This improvement in connectivity allowed, in turn, to be able to include a virtual switchboard solution with IP voice service that would improve its telephony service, a critical aspect due to the high activity of its call center or telephone assistance service (reception of orders, consultation of references, etc.) Both solutions, both the private network and the IP switchboard, had to be flexible and scalable, to be able to easily adapt them to the growth and geographical expansion of the company. Sarenet's solution To meet these needs, Sarenet has configured a Virtual Private Network (MPLS), combining different technologies in each location, with 100, 300 and 600 Mb FTTH links, and 4G backup solutions at each headquarters, which automatically come into operation in case of problems in the main line to guarantee the permanent availability of the connection and avoid interruptions or losses in the service. In addition, the Private Network has been secured by installing firewalls and configuring them with rules to control external accesses. A Virtual Voice IP Switchboard has also been installed, which provides service to the 21 branches with 179 extensions. This has made it possible to unify the voice communications of all the work centers, and to achieve great savings in equipment since it is a dedicated virtual solution. With this solution, in addition to unifying its voice communications, Suvima now has all the functions of a high-end switchboard with features that facilitate its management, such as reports and statistics of all calls made and received, and the possibility of viewing information from the different call centers. Cost reduction and better benefits This comprehensive and totally customized solution has meant for Suvima to greatly reduce the costs of voice communications in the company, with calls between centers being free and the rest with very low costs.
