On June 16th Voiceworks is hosting its
yearly partner event, Voiceworks Partner Express, at the Rijtuigenloods in Amersfoort. As software company of Voiceworks, Summa has also been invited to sponsor the event and introduce its Summa Contact to all Voiceworks’ partners. The product has recently been added to Voiceworks’ Cloudscape and is now for the first time available to all its partners
Summa Contact is a click-to-dial Web-phone solution that can be easily integrated on any website or web identity. The calls can be routed to a fixed or mobile number and in case of multiple departments an IVR can be set. Businesses can customize their own availability by having the widget working as a normal phone during opening times and setting an automatic offline message outside these times. The product is indeed particularly suitable for telecom providers that target the SMB market. Summa Contact is a great upsell for the portfolio of any wholesaler. It offers them extra revenue while helping increasing the contact between users and wholesalers’ customers. If installed on a web identity such as a website or an e-mail signature, it lowers the contact barrier between users and businesses as it enables them to call from any mobile enabled device and anonymously. Summa Contact was presented to Voiceworks’ partners at its
partner event of last year. Thanks to the feedback of the wholesalers Summa has been able to tweak the product proposition to better suit their market. The product will be introduced at the Voiceworks Partner Express. Summa Contact is connected to Voiceworks’ switch and sold through Voiceworks’ cloud store, the Cloudscape.
