Snom rewards two UK distributors for their performance during exceptional year

April 20, 2021 - Snom, the globally established brand for modern telephony in the corporate and industrial sectors, has rewarded two of its UK distributors for their outstanding results in the 2020/21 financial year. After a turbulent and challenging year that demanded unprecedented flexibility from the channel, Snom was keen to honour the extraordinary achievements of its global distribution partners through its annual ‘Distributor Awards.’ The awards, which are given at the end of each fiscal year, focus on both sales targets achieved, as well as qualitative criteria. For example, distributors who are distinguished in customer support, or in managing the ordering and delivery process, gain recognition in the awarding process. Great importance is also attached to the level of loyalty from those dealers who are served by the distributors. Of the 22 distributors listed, two of those were from the UK and received awards for the second year running. ProVu Communications Ltd was presented with a Platinum award, while Electronic Frontier Ltd received a Gold award. Fabio Albanini, UK Head of Sales at Snom, said: “To look after and care for their specialist dealers so well in a pandemic, is a real testament to how reliable our distributors have been over the last year. “We’re proud of the strong relationships we have with our partners – they play an instrumental role in our go-to-market strategy and provide exceptional added value services. We can’t thank them enough for their tireless efforts in promoting Snom.” The Snom Distributor Awards have been awarded since 2009 with a brief interruption between 2015 – 2018.
