Snom launches HD331 hotel phone to provide guests with comfort, hygiene and cutting-edge communications

Snom’s new HD331 hotel phone optimises hotel communication between guests and staff by bringing together state-of-the-art technology, an elegant and hygienic design and intuitive operation.

With the new HD331, Snom presents a hotel phone designed to meet hotels’ ever-evolving needs and adds another elegant endpoint to the manufacturer’s product line for the hospitality industry.
State-of-the-art equipment and hygiene as a priority
The HD331’s unique cordless DECT handset enables guests to move around their room while on a call and is complemented with intuitive operation. Guests have direct access to all important hotel facilities via speed dial, such as reception, room service or even the wellness area. The large optical LED indicator for calls and messages ensures clear visual communication and improves operability.
Thanks to its PoE power supply and Gigabit Ethernet port, the new Snom HD331 can be seamlessly integrated into centrally managed network infrastructures, simplifying installation and maintenance processes. The central administration of all device settings also significantly reduces the administrative burden and frees up vital time for hotel management to focus on other important operations.
The HD331 can also be expanded with up to three additional HD3 DECT handsets. This option provides flexibility for establishments with more spacious apartments. The HD331's custom labelling capabilities allow for further customisation to each hotel's specific branding needs.
As hotels deal with stricter hygiene requirements, the Snom HD331 sets new standards with its antibacterial housing. The inorganic antibacterial agent Zeomic® has been added to the housing of the HD331, based on silver and other ions that prevent germ formation and simplify cleaning.
