Snom appoints Paul Grant as new UK Channel Manager

September 13, 2023 - Leading IP telephony brand, Snom, has appointed Paul Grant as a Channel Manager for the UK and Ireland. In his role, he will work closely with the VoIP manufacturers’ new and existing reseller partners, supporting them with sales of its range of telephony products. Paul brings almost three decades of experience in the Channel. This includes account management roles with IKON Office Solutions and ISC, before handling software and IT sales at Arena Group. Prior to joining Snom, he was an account manager at The Technology Group. He will be working alongside Steven Try, whose focus will remain on supporting the vendor’s distributor and platform partners. Paul commented: “When the opportunity came up to work with Snom, I didn’t hesitate. I’d had experience of Snom’s devices in my previous role, so I knew they were a safe pair of hands with a reputation for premium quality hardware and service.” “I’m excited to contribute to the growth that’s already been achieved by the Snom UK team as we look to make Snom the brand of choice for IP telephony.” Steven Try, Channel Manager UK&I at Snom, said: “We’re thrilled to have Paul on the team as we look to grow our customer and partner base during the last quarter of 2023 and into 2024. With the deadline for the ISDN switch off in the UK growing closer, we’re seeing more interest among businesses for IP telephony solutions which offer flexibility and scalability.”
