April 29, 2019 - Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is pleased to announce that Ronda Sandquist, a shareholder in the firm’s Denver office, was selected as one of 40 Top Women in Energy for 2019 by the
Denver Business Journal. This is the sixth year the DBJ has honored women from a variety of industries within the sector, including law, exploration, production, engineering, renewable, well services, finance, manufacturing, education, training, public policy and environment. Sandquist serves as a strategic advisor for clients on environmental, regulatory and legislative approaches for major projects and legal compliance. She represents a wide range of energy sector companies, including mining, oil and gas and renewable sources. She counsels owners and developers of major projects on environmental and natural resource permitting and regulatory compliance, which often require review under the National Environment Policy Act (NEPA). In addition to NEPA reviews, she guides clients through the issuance of the necessary permits for construction and operation of projects, including permits for water, water quality, wetlands, endangered species, air quality and storage and use of hazardous materials.
