ROBOCALL MITIGATION – WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO

Most providers know that they must establish a robocall mitigation program, but the FCC has provided only high-level, general guidance on what such a program should entail.  Other entities, from state attorneys general to the North American Numbering Council, as well as numerous private companies, have provided helpful guidance.

The CCA has posted an advisory that summarizes Robocall guidance and provides a suggested outline for describing an effective mitigation program.
