RingCentral Now Ranked 1st in All Four Use Cases in the 2021 Gartner® Critical Capabilities for Unified Communications as a Service, Worldwide Report

The Gartner report evaluated 14 companies in relation to nine critical capabilities and four use cases. Gartner “Critical Capabilities” are attributes that differentiate products/services in terms of their quality and performance.
