We’re excited to join RingCentral to take our vision even further by combining with their state-of-the-art business communications platform.” Glip was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. Glip customers include IBM, CBS Interactive, The Economist, Harvard University, and many others. As a result of the acquisition, Peter Pezaris, CEO & Co-founder and the entire R&D team will join RingCentral. The company currently expects that the acquisition will not have a meaningful impact on the financial guidance provided previously on April 28, 2015. More at
