Rick van Schaik starts as CCO at Gamma Communications Benelux

Amstelveen - May 31, 2022 - Rick van Schaik will join the Management Team of Gamma Communications Benelux as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Gamma Communications Benelux is part of Gamma Communications plc, the UK market leader in cloud telephony services. With the three brands Gamma Communications, Nimsys and Schiphol Connect, Gamma offers a wide range of cloud solutions for business communication and collaboration in the Benelux. In the role of CCO Rick will be responsible for Sales, Product Management and Marketing. At the same time, he will play an important role in developing and executing the ambitious, long-term growth-oriented strategy for Gamma Communications Benelux.
About Rick van Schaik Rick gained his experience in the indirect channel as Director Wholesale at KPN. Subsequently, as Director Cloud & Hosting at KPN, he was responsible for the Cloud activities in the business market. Rick's most recent position was Managing Director at Sentia, a renowned player in the business cloud market in the Netherlands. “We are continuously working to further develop our Benelux group and to further strengthen our growth in the partner channel. Commercial clout and strong leadership are of great importance for this,” says Gerben Wijbenga, CEO of Gamma Benelux. “Rick will certainly strengthen our organization in those areas. In addition, he has extensive experience in B2B and in the field of cloud solutions.
