If the RealPresence Clariti infrastructure is reaching maximum capacity, new sessions are transparently redirected to the Polycom cloud where additional capacity is available. This provides peace of mind for important meetings and takes the risk out of scheduling company-wide events when video-based communications will be at a premium.
