After the city was incorporated, Brown represented the Goleta Chamber of Commerce as the chamber collaborated with the city to develop the new municipality’s regulations and its current General Plan. Brown also represented a number of developers in the approval and construction of significant projects across Goleta that helped define the community and promote the city’s economic health and growth.
