Enreach solidifies its unified growth plans by bringing Baltics-based OSS Networks under the group brand

, the fast-growing European group providing converged contact solutions, backed by independent investment firm Waterland Private Equity, welcomes the Baltic cloud-based UC provider
OSS Networks
under the Enreach brand name. OSS Networks is the leading cloud communications market challenger in the Baltics, acquired by Enreach in September 2021. One year after joining the group, the rebrand represents a further step in the integration of OSS Networks with Enreach and underpins its leadership position in Europe.
OSS Networks was established in 2010 and provides various telecommunication and IT services to more than 1,100 companies. The rebranding of OSS Networks creates instant harmonisation of the organisation with Enreach’s full portfolio of converged contact solutions being offered to SME customers. These includes omnichannel cloud contact center solutions (CCaaS), video and chat, productivity solutions as well as its proprietary cloud telephony solution, Enreach Contact.

New name, same presence
The Enreach team in Riga is now ready to take the next step, replacing its blue colors with the purples of Enreach, but keeping the same points of contact that customers have today. Armands continues: "Our decision to join Enreach last year was largely motivated by the idea that the future of cloud communications solutions lies in the ability to deliver our services to increasingly cross-border and hybrid remote working organisations with wide geographical coverage. This initial idea has since transformed into the clear understanding that providing such solutions as a true pan-European company gives us a unique competitive edge as it enables us to service our customers even better by supporting their business and growth strategies”.
Enreach’s presence in the Baltic states will continue with the management team composed of Armands Meinarts, Juris Breicis and Mārtiņš Gailītis — all to look after the existing business, and leading their experienced team of 26 people, which includes a strong development team, to drive new growth for Enreach in the region.
