"There is little that is more exciting than working with a young attorney – either to help her with business development issues, office or practice area problems or even working with her to provide assistance in managing all aspects of her life, both personal and professional," Levin told the NYREJ. "It has been hugely satisfying and I feel privileged to have extraordinary relationships with so many young women in our firm." Levin has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including office, retail, shopping center, industrial and warehouse leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financings and construction projects. She represents developers and owners with respect to all stages of owning and managing real property, as well as first class commercial tenants and subtenants throughout the country. She also represents condominium associations and cooperative housing corporations. Cooley's Women's Initiative was created in 2010 as part of the firm's core diversity principles to attract, retain and mentor a strong network of women attorneys. The initiative seeks to provide women at Cooley with the tools necessary to achieve professional success and personal fulfillment, including counseling, professional development and networking opportunities.
