Motto Communications, DSD Business Internet and OZMO cloud communications from 1 January 2020 onwards as Destiny

Zaventem, December 6, 2019 - Destiny, the Belgian provider of secure cloud communication solutions for innovative companies, announces that the Dutch companies Motto Communications, DSD Business Internet and OZMO cloud communications, which it took over earlier this year, will continue under the name Destiny. The integration and name change are in line with Destiny's ambition - as a challenger - to become a top 3 business provider in the Netherlands. Destiny will settle in the Netherlands in the former offices of Motto and OZMO, in Heerlen and Sint-Oedenrode respectively. DSD Business Internet will be integrated in the offices in Sint-Oedenrode.
One company, one brand name With a forecasted turnover of 65 million euros in 2019, Destiny is the fastest growing B2B cloud and telecom company in Belgium. In the Netherlands, the ambition is to become a full-fledged alternative to RoutIT / KPN as a challenger in the market in the short term, whereby Destiny partners can also market their solutions under their own name. "  With the integration of the three companies and the name change, Destiny is ready to offer a total solution for secure cloud communication to the Dutch market as a single company, including connectivity, security, mobile and VOIP,  " says Daan De Wever, CEO of Destiny . “Nothing will change for our customers and partners, except that from now on we will market under one brand name, which is more efficient and clearer for everyone. The well-known customer-oriented service that they are used to from us remains guaranteed. ” Operate entire partner channel The acquisition of Motto, DSD and OZMO last year was part of the expansion of Destiny's position on the Dutch market, with the focus on being able to serve the entire partner channel. For example, with Motto and the cloud distribution platform FLUX, Destiny focuses primarily on large White-Label partners who need fast, real-time provisioning of cloud services. With the acquisition of DSD Business Internet, it added connectivity via a quality network under its own management. And with the acquisition of OZMO, Destiny is also able to serve the segment of the many thousands of small White-Label partners and resellers with a simple, predefined solution and the necessary training and commercial support.
