More than 700 homes in Ribadedeva already have fiber optics

About 1,800 homes plugged in in 2021 But the expansion does not end with these figures, since the operator will add another 1,060 homes in the municipality to the work already carried out to complete the deployment of fiber optics in 1,782 houses in Ribadedeva before the end of this year. All the towns of Ribadedeva, connected Adamo's work will go even further: the medium-term forecast is to reach all the population centers of Ribadedeva, both the other two parishes (Noriega and Villanueva), in addition to the capital already mentioned, as well as all the towns that make them they make up: Boquerizo, Villanueva, Andinas, Vilde, El Peral, Pimiango, La Franca, Bojes and the aforementioned Bustio. Colombres, Noriega and Villanueva are added to them with the same name as the larger named entities. 80% private investment It should also be remembered that 80% of the investment destined to Ribadedeva will be provided by Adamo with its own funds, while the remaining 20% ​​will come from  the New Generation Broadband Program (PEBA) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, which is co-financed by the EU. Of these grants, up to 9 million will go to Asturias through the operator. More than 12,000 Asturian homes, with Adamo After deploying in Coaña, Tapia de Casariego, El Franco, Valdés, Navia, Castropol, Llanes or Vegadeo, among other towns, and now in Ribadedeva, the company continues with the installation of its infrastructure in the Principality. In total, there are already more than 12,000 Asturian properties with Adamo fiber optics.
