Proactive Network Maintenance (PNM) tool, which is a fully integrated add-on to their BBX Broadband Management platform. The 24/7 monitoring tool is designed to help companies track network health, pinpoint faults, develop better reliability and reduce truck rolls. “Our new PNM features will further enable operators to grow their businesses by becoming more efficient at managing and building networks.
