MITEL APPOINTS BILLIE HARTLESS AS CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Hartless will lead Mitel’s HR function globally, overseeing talent management, HR business partnerships, leadership and organizational development, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, and corporate responsibility. As a key member of Mitel’s executive leadership team, Hartless will continue to build and foster a culture focused on attracting, retaining and developing top talent while also ensuring Mitel’s people strategies are aligned with its strategic transformation and growth initiatives. Hartless brings more than 20 years of HR and executive experience to Mitel, rooted in a passion for developing strong partnerships with senior leaders and teams to build high-performing, empowered technology organizations. Most recently, she served as CHRO at Polycom, where she led the HR function globally across 40+ countries. Prior to Polycom, she was Head of Human Resources at location-based cloud technology company HERE. Hartless also previously held multiple senior HR positions at Nokia, including Vice President of HR for Nokia’s Services business, Corporate Development Office and Enterprise Solutions business.
