M&D Welcomes Jacqueline Fisher as Associate Attorney

September 19, 2023 - Marashlian & Donahue, PLLC, The CommLaw Group is pleased to announce the addition of Jacqueline (“Jackie”) Fisher to its team of legal professionals. Jackie Fisher joins the firm as an Associate Attorney, bringing valuable expertise to further strengthen the firm’s capabilities in telecommunications law.

Jackie Fisher brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having previously served as an Associate Attorney at Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth, PLC. In this role, she specialized in regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters, advising clients in broadcast, wireless, and transactional regulation matters before federal agencies, preparing applications for regulatory compliance, executing client transactions, and actively participating in litigation and administrative advocacy.

Jackie is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School, where she earned her J.D.  and served as the Student Bar Association President. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science & Theatre, magna cum laude, from Hobart & William Smith Colleges. She is currently licensed to practice law in Maryland, having been admitted in December 2021.
