By leveraging her extensive experience serving a diverse range of technology startups, Ms. Bikbaeva will bolster the firm’s Business Law practice, bringing a specialized focus on emerging technologies and startups. Ms. Bikbaeva assists technology, telecom, and digital media startups with business formation and brand protection, negotiating commercial transactions and funding rounds, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Bikbaeva will also harness her passion for the intersections of emerging technologies and law in advising clients on risk management and regulatory compliance, including compliance with robocall and robotexts mitigation laws and regulations. She is a strong believer in innovation and a proponent of responsible adoption and use of artificial intelligence.
