Best-in-Class Service and Customer Satisfaction Highlighted
DALLAS – March 9, 2015 – Masergy Communications Inc., a global leader in managed networking and cloud services, today announced the company has won a Gold Stevie® Award. The award was given to the company for the Customer Service Department of the Year - Telecommunications category, in the ninth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
The judges were impressed with Masergy’s clear commitment to excellent customer service and delivering on their promise of “Performance Beyond Expectations.” Adherence to this promise is one of the reasons Masergy has the industry’s lowest customer turnover and a best-in-class Net Promoter Score of 61 percent in 2014, well above industry average.
