Cloud Advantage Partner Exchange Provides Partners With an Open Communication Forum
SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 9, 2014) - IntelePeer, a leading provider of on-demand, cloud-based unified communications (UC), today announced the development of an advisory board panel for its
Cloud Advantage Partner Program. The newly created board comprises world-class telecom industry veterans and proven IntelePeer partners, offering members a direct line of communication into the company and an open exchange of ideas to further improve IntelePeer's programs supporting partners. "Our goal in establishing the advisory board is to give our valued business partners an opportunity to provide open and honest feedback on IntelePeer's products and services, while at the same time allowing them to play a bigger role in the future direction of new product offerings and go-to-market processes for the channel," stated Jeremy Jones, VP Partner Programs. As an extension of the company's commitment to its channel partners, the Cloud Advantage Partner Exchange bolsters partners' understanding of IntelePeer's overall vision, strategy and product roadmap, through enhanced webinars, focus committee sessions and a live annual meeting. Feedback received during these sessions is then processed internally and used to drive new initiatives and products tailored to the needs of channel partners. Elected advisory board members include: AVANT Communications (Ian Kieninger); BluePrint Technologies (Mike Ferry); Carousel Industries (Tim Kennedy); CDW (Mike Shonholz); Converged Network Services Group (David Wilson); Enabling Technologies (Bill Vollerthum); Intelisys Communications (Carol Beering); Portfolio Communications (Tony Calianno); Simplify (Brent Saxon); Subsidium Technologies (Ed Degenhart) and World Telecom Group (Susan Penevolpe). "Often times, channel partners and system integrators lack any sort of voice or influence in organizational strategy and operations," said Mike Ferry, President Western Region at BluePrint Technologies. "We are pleased with the enhanced level of support, training resources and transparency that IntelePeer provides, which will serve as key components to our success." Earlier this year, IntelePeer re-launched its Cloud Advantage Partner Program to provide partners with increased support, tools and opportunities to accelerate sales within the UC space.
