IntelePeer and Vidtel Announce Joint Solution to Deliver Cloud-Based Video Conferencing Services

With this partnership, IntelePeer will integrate the Vidtel MeetMe any-to-any ® cloud-based video conferencing service into its portfolio of SIP Trunking solution offerings, expanding the range of Unified Communications (UC) multi-modal enablement capabilities that can be seamlessly accessed from the cloud. The solution will be demonstrated at INFOCOMM13, June 12-14, 2013 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. The new video conferencing service will allow participants to easily join conferences from a broad variety of devices, including traditional video systems, laptops, tablets and smartphones. As a fully hosted solution, no additional equipment investment is required. IntelePeer will market the service in conjunction with its CoreCloud™ UC and SIP Trunking solutions. The MeetMe service provides video conferencing across traditional SIP and H.323 hardware endpoints, SIP soft clients like Cisco Jabber, WebRTC-based browsers, and consumer applications like Google Talk and Skype.
