Gamma, the parent company of VozTelecom, increases its revenues by 20% in 2020, reaching an EBITDA of € 90M thanks to organic growth in the United Kingdom and strategic acquisitions made in Europe

March 25, 2021 - Gamma Communications  (“Gamma”), leader in cloud communications for companies in the United Kingdom with a European presence in the Netherlands, Germany and Spain, and the parent company of  VozTelecom  , has presented the financial results for the 2020 financial year, reporting an increase of  20% in  group revenues up to 456 million euros compared to 2019, a 24% increase in EBITDA to 90 million euros, a 26% increase in earnings per share (EPS) and a 30% increase in the generation of cash from operations up to 80 million euros. The group has achieved these good figures thanks to the growth of its key products during the 2020 financial year. It should be noted that Covid-19 had very little impact on the general financial result of the business, with levels of cancellations, defaults and cancellations in line with those low levels recorded prior to the pandemic.  Andrew Taylor, CEO of Gamma , has indicated that “We have obtained good commercial and financial results for 2020, and both our business in the United Kingdom and in the rest of Europe continue to develop and grow. Our expansion strategy on the continent is consolidating and we are working to accelerate our growth in 'Cloud PBX' in Europe. Despite the pandemic caused by Covid-19, demand for our products has been positive and we have continued to strengthen our capabilities through the development and launch of new products and services. During the year we have reinforced our strategy in Unified Communications (UCaaS), which is progressing correctly, with the strengthening of both our geographical scope and the benefits of our products. As always,  During 2020, key products in the UK have continued to show strength and growth with a 17% increase in SIP-Trunk to 1,185,000 assets and a 15% increase in 'Cloud PBX' seats to 601,000 assets. The number of 'Cloud PBX' positions in the European subsidiaries reached 114,000 assets, compared to 22,000 at the end of 2019. This increase was mainly due to the acquisitions of VozTelecom and gnTel. More information in the press release launched in the United Kingdom or on the Gamma  investor website  , as well as in the press release published by VozTelecom in Spain.
