VT PARTNER, THE EVENT TO LEARN ABOUT VOZTELECOM'S NEW BUSINESS PROPOSAL In mid-April,  VozTelecom held the VT Partner event in Barcelona , bringing together both the existing channel and new partners, distributors of physical and virtual PBX switchboards, Microsoft partners and ICT integrators, to publicize the strategic lines of its channel and various technological innovations for its  virtual Centrex PBX proposal , in addition to various innovations in the operator's portfolio with the forthcoming launch of a Contact Center solution that includes voice, email and webchat, as well as the development of a value proposition for the fiber that will allow SMEs to cover professional connectivity needs. Additionally, VozTelecom continues to work on integration with various CRM/ERPs with its virtual Centrex switchboard allowing to cover a wide range of sectors such as real estate, insurance or agencies and notaries. These developments are added to those recently announced as the integration of MS Teams with Centrex that allows users to answer all phone calls, external and internal, from the Microsoft application. The forecasts of several European consultants indicate that the increase in the demand for communications in the cloud in Spain will continue, with annual growth estimates of around 20% until the end of 2025. In this way, it has become essential for partners to offer a cloud communications solution for its customers, the best option being VozTelecom's Centrex virtual switchboard, which allows users to choose both a landline, mobile and even a computer as a company extension to make and answer their calls.
