Gamma, parent of VozTelecom, increases its dividend by 13% and announces an agreement with Microsoft

The company has been included by Microsoft in its 'Operator Connect' program, which will allow Teams users to contract Gamma's telephony services through the Microsoft application. October 18, 2021 - Gamma Communications , the parent company of  VozTelecom and a leader in communications for companies in the United Kingdom with a European presence in the Netherlands, Germany and Spain, has achieved a growth of 23% in the first half of 2021, compared to the same period of 2020, thanks to the good performance of all categories of its key products , both in the UK and in Europe. Gamma's revenue during the first half of 2021 reached 217 million pounds, with a 27% growth in EBITDA and 34% in cash flow from operations. The group that has gone from a profit per share of 22 pence to 27 this first semester plans to increase its interim dividend by 13% to 4.4 pence , compared to the 3.9 pence distributed in the first six months of 2020. GAMMA, INCLUDED IN THE MICROSOFT TEAMS CONNECT OPERATOR PROGRAM Gamma has been inducted into the Microsoft Teams  Operator Connect program by Microsoft in the UK. This agreement will allow companies in the United Kingdom that use Microsoft Teams as a communication and collaboration tool to contract directly for Gamma telephony services through the administration portal of the Teams application. Operator Connect is a new program developed by Microsoft for telephone operators that allows Teams users to send, receive and manage calls with the telephone network from the application itself without the need for conventional telephones or lines. Including Gamma as one of the providers in the Operator Connect program will optimize calling capabilities for Teams users by bridging the gap between their Teams environment and Gamma as their communications operator.
