Gamma Communications chooses ROGER365.io for optimal (customer) contact in Teams
ROGER365.io was one of the first contact center solutions to receive the 'Solution certified by Microsoft' certificate. ROGER365.io uses the 'Extend Model' through full integration with Microsoft's Graph API. As with Operator Connect, number management is simple and user-friendly via the trusted Teams admin center. In this way, this solution ensures low infrastructure and management costs. Partners can offer these solutions to customers without the need for Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
