Additionally, RingCentral declared its integration with Zapier, a web app automation service, which embeds RingCentral Office® in over 500 software-as-a-service (SaaS) workplace applications. In 2016, it added a RingCentral Office Google Edition tier, a special edition of RingCentral that works with Google Cloud's G Suite and Google Hangouts. This lets users make calls right from their browser and send text messages from their work numbers directly in Google.
