Barcelona - September 8, 2020 -
Adamo, the fiber optic operator, today announced the signing of an agreement with the Euskaltel Group by which the Group will have access to the entirety of Adamo's fiber optic network nationwide. This wholesale agreement will give Euskaltel and all its brands access to 1,000,000 homes, expandable to an additional 500,000 that Adamo plans to deploy this year.
The agreement will have a duration of 5 years, renewable by mutual agreement between both parties. It will allow Euskaltel to access the Adamo network in a "bitstream" mode, as well as all the technical equipment necessary for the commercial activity of the Euskaltel Group in the Adamo network at the national level to be fully satisfactory and efficient.
This agreement reinforces Adamo's active presence in the wholesale market where it currently provides connectivity services through its FTTH network to more than 100 local and national operators.
