Enreach for Service Providers and Watsoft announce a value-added distribution partnership

To formalise this partnership, various promotional operations and a tour of France will be launched from June onwards.

Sophia Antipolis, France - June 20, 2024 - Enreach for Service Providers, part of Enreach, Europe's leading provider of converged contact solutions, announces a value-added distribution agreement with Watsoft, the French specialist in the distribution of software solutions (cybersecurity, backup, facilities management and messaging) to MSPs and IT resellers, supporting businesses in their digital transformation.

Since its creation, Watsoft has been helping its MSP and IT reseller partners to enhance their solutions portfolio in line with market expectations. With unified communications, telephony has become the keystone of corporate digitalisation. For this reason, Watsoft has launched Wat'Com, based on the Enreach UP Cloud offering.

The main reasons for this choice are the following:

  • A European solution hosted in France
  • Availability of all traditional telephony functionalities, with a wide range of compatible workstations
  • Openness to innovative uses, such as using Microsoft Teams as a softphone, integrating mobile phones without the need for applications, and opening up to CRM environments and other business applications.

Furthermore, to offer its partners a fully automated customer journey, Watsoft was able to benefit from all the platform's functionalities thanks to API access.
