Enreach Appoints Shemara van den Heuvel as Chief Human Resources Officer

Almere - January 31, 2024 - Enreach, Europe’s leading provider of converged contact solutions, announced that Shemara van den Heuvel has been named Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO.) In this capacity, she is responsible for the company’s recruitment, onboarding, retention, and HR initiatives, as well as driving the advancement of an empowering and inspiring culture, enabled by self-organisation. Her appointment is effective immediately.

Shemara van den Heuvel brings deep human resources expertise to Enreach. Prior to joining the company, she served as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for Media.Monks, a digital marketing and production company. While at Media.Monks, she build the HR foundation after the company’s growth from 600 employees to some 8,000 staff members worldwide and was responsible for merging European teams after several acquisitions. Before joining Media.Monks, she was Human Resources Director at Red Bull Netherlands, and held HR positions at both Deloitte and Ahold.
